'AMLÉ' (Aontas na Mac Léinn in Éirinn) is the new name for the Union of Students in Ireland. It's a direct translation.
Congress motions go through procedures before they are debated at Congress. These are now complete and the AMLÉ Congress Document is now available*

The process was:
a) Submission (Due for completion on 29 January 2016)
b) Steering Procedures (Due for completion on 12 February 2016)
c) Prioritisation (Subsequent to Steering Prioritisation)
d) Debate at Congress (21 – 24 March 2016)
