'AMLÉ' (Aontas na Mac Léinn in Éirinn) is the new name for the Union of Students in Ireland. It's a direct translation. It came into effect on 13 May 2025. The rebrand reflects the desire of the organisation to promote the use of the Irish Language.
Finding accommodation and supporting yourself financially can be very scary when you’re in college. Drop down to your local SU if you’re having difficulty finding accommodation, with your landlord or managing your money.

- RTB – Residential tenancy board have an online dispute service if you’re having troubles with your landlord
- MABS – A money advice and budgeting services which is free, confidential and independent.
